1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide dog walking (20, 30, or 60 minutes), drop-in visits, day care, or overnight stays as selected and scheduled by the Client. Specific services, frequency, and duration will be confirmed via the Provider's scheduling platform or written communication at time of booking.
2. Rates & Payment
Service rates are as listed in the Provider's current rate schedule, which may be updated with 14 days' written notice. Invoices are issued weekly or bi-weekly, as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments beyond 14 days are subject to a late fee of $15 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

3. Cancellation Policy
Refer to the Provider's separate Cancellation Policy. Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: full refund or credit. With 24–48 hours' notice: 50% charge. Less than 24 hours or no-show: full service fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate, current pet health, medication, and behavioral information; maintain required vaccinations; provide a safe environment; remain reachable; notify the Provider of changes; and ensure pets wear identification during outdoor visits.
5. Liability & Insurance
The Provider [does / does not — strike one] carry professional liability insurance. The Provider agrees to exercise reasonable care. The Provider is not liable for pre-existing conditions or injuries not resulting from negligence, undisclosed risks, or pet-caused damage unless resulting from gross negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify the Provider for claims arising from the Client's negligence or misrepresentation.

6. Emergency Authorization
If emergency veterinary care is required and the Client cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the Provider is authorized to transport the pet to the nearest emergency veterinary facility and authorize necessary treatment. The Client is responsible for resulting veterinary costs.
7. Photography & Social Media
The Provider may photograph or video pets for business purposes unless the Client opts out in writing. Consent may be revoked at any time.

8. Term & Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 7 days' written notice. The Provider may terminate immediately for safety concerns, aggressive pets, or non-payment.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State listed below. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the listed County.
