It is a management tool only — it does not employ dog walkers or pet sitters and does not supervise or control any pet care services performed in the real world.

3. Independent business operations

Users of this Platform operate as independent business owners or employees of independent businesses. Dog Walker Central is not a party to any service agreement between a provider and their clients.
