Passwords are unrecoverable by design
We use scrypt, a memory-hard hashing algorithm, with a unique salt per user. We cannot see or recover your password — nobody can.
Payments never touch our servers
Card and bank details are handled directly by Stripe Connect. We never store raw payment credentials.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser, our mobile apps, and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
Tenant-scoped data
Every client, pet, appointment, and financial record is scoped to your business account and is not accessible to other providers.
