Official Contest Rules

These official rules explain how Dog Walker Central's monthly contest works, who can participate, how entries are counted, and how the prize is awarded.

1. Overview

Dog Walker Central ("DWC", "we", "us") runs a monthly sweepstakes (the "Contest") open to active subscribers on any plan. Each calendar month, DWC reviews all appointments marked as completed on the platform. Every completed appointment earns the account holder one (1) entry into that month's drawing. At the start of the following month, one (1) winner is selected at random to receive the prize described in Section 5.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to active Dog Walker Central subscribers on any plan.
• The account must be in good standing at the time of the drawing.
• The account holder must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter.
• Employees of DWC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

No separate entry form is required. An eligible account receives one entry for each appointment completed during the Contest period. Appointments must be genuine services performed for a client and recorded in the DWC platform. Cancelled, deleted, refunded, test, or fraudulent appointments do not qualify.

4. Contest Period

Each Contest period runs from the first day of the calendar month through the last day of that same month, based on Eastern Time. Only appointments with a Completed status within that window are counted. Appointments completed in prior months do not carry forward.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per month receives twelve (12) months of Dog Walker Central Pro at no charge, plus all additional user seats currently active on the winner's account for the same twelve-month period. The prize is applied as a subscription credit, has no cash equivalent, is non-transferable, and may not be applied to another account. Approximate retail value varies by the number of active seats, ranging from $228 to $1,200+ USD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries at the start of the month following the Contest period. DWC will contact the winner by email at the address on file within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• DWC may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
• DWC may disqualify any account suspected of manipulating entries through fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible means.
• By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of DWC, which are final and binding.
• Winners may be announced publicly using first name and state or province only, unless the winner opts out.
• This Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third party.
